What You’ll Do:

• Provide essential nursing care in patients’ homes, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring progress.
• Perform home blood collection and ensure timely reporting to labs.
• Educate patients and families on managing health conditions effectively.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to deliver seamless, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of procedures and patient interactions.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Qualification: GNM/B.Sc. Nursing with a valid license, or ANM with 2+ years of experience.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families.
• Commitment: Available for a 7 AM to 7 PM schedule with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
