Staff Nurse

Requirements:

• Bsc Nursing/ GNM
• Registration in Nursing Council

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare room before and after procedures.
• Ensure that all the required consumables are available in the treatment rooms before making the client enter the room.
• Ensure that the treatment rooms are need and tidy at all times of the day.
• Ensure vitals are checked (necessary as per the treatment plans)
• Perform surprise Quality Checks under the guidance of Operations & Clinic Head and submit an un-biased report.
• Ensure clients are accompanied from the beginning till the end with a pleasing smile
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with the team for patient care.
• Conduct physical examinations (if necessary) and provide them with necessary support and advice.
• Schedule appointments between clients and doctors.
• Coordinate the client from the consultation room for the next process.
• Brief the clients on the recommended treatment plans, its benefits, cost, sessions, post care treatments.
• Take necessary guidance from the senior managers as and when required.
• Compile and maintain records on client accounts.
• Screen feedback and requests form clients and liaise with relevant departments within the clinic to provide solutions within minimal TAT.
• Escalate complaints to relevant departments.
• Liaise with other team members to adjust service offerings.
• Build and maintain close relationships with clients.
• Take necessary action as advised from the respective doctors.
• Ensure cent percentage client happiness by reducing waiting time, coordinating on the intake of treatments, medicine billing and any other task as assigned for smooth functioning.
• Collect feedbacks as google reviews to improve the service quality.

Skills:

• Computer Skills must be proficient with Microsoft Office,
• Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate organization may be strongly desired.
• A professional and friendly demeanor.
• Have a keen eye for detail.
