- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records (EHR) or paper charts, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, providing verbal and written updates on patient status, care plans, and treatment responses.
- Provide direct patient care according to established nursing protocols and standards of practice, including medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and vital signs monitoring.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient responses to treatment interventions.
- Perform nursing procedures and interventions safely and accurately, such as catheterization, tracheostomy care, nasogastric tube insertion, and specimen collection, following established protocols and infection control practices.
