Description

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans for assigned patients.
Perform nursing procedures and interventions, such as medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and patient monitoring, in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop rapport with patients and their families, and provide compassionate support and education throughout the healthcare journey.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Document patient information accurately and comprehensively in electronic medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, interventions, and patient responses.
Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and clinical status, and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team promptly.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, following medication administration policies and procedures, and maintaining proper documentation.
Promote patient safety and infection control practices, including hand hygiene, use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to isolation precautions.
