Description
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan, including assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care interventions, and evaluating patient responses to treatment.
- Perform clinical procedures and treatments, such as medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and monitoring of vital signs, in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, outcomes, and care plans in electronic health records (EHR) or other documentation systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
