Description

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients upon admission and throughout their stay, documenting pertinent information accurately.
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
Monitor and record vital signs, observe patient conditions, and report any changes or abnormalities to the appropriate healthcare providers.
Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Provide emotional support, education, and counseling to patients and their families regarding their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Document all patient interactions, interventions, and observations accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health records (EHR) or paper-based systems.
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, staff meetings, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery and outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to optimize workflow, promote teamwork, and foster a positive work environment.
