Staff Nurse

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our growing organization. Your job will be to help Aesthetics, Dermatologist, Plastic Surgeon’s, Anaesthetist & other medical physicians by processing lab tests, assisting in minor & major procedures, administering medicines and vaccinations and maintaining patient records, pre-op care, post-op care, follow up’s, maintaining drug stocks with expiry date.

Some major job responsibilities of a nurse include:

• Maintaining care for all patients during their shift.
• Recognising the change in a patient's health conditions and responding appropriately.
• Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.
• Promoting well-being by educating patients on self-care techniques.
• Consulting with doctors and other medical staff to determine the optimal treatment plan.
• Administering over-the-counter and non-intravenous medications.
• Changing dressings of the wounds.
• Nurturing a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to the patient and their family members.
• Operating medical equipment with accuracy.
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible.
• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
• Keeping the procedure & operation theatre ready for procedures.
• Maintaining disinfectant of the clinic.

Below are the qualifications that are expected of a Staff Nurse: -

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing (GNM, ANM can also apply for this position).
• Proficiency in Patient assessment, Patient care, Patient education, Technology skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 0 – 1 year of experience in Nursing.
• Experience in Aesthetics and Cosmetics preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
