Description

  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
  • Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, identify health issues, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to plan and deliver patient care effectively.

  • Compliance: Adhere to healthcare policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. Follow established protocols and coordinate with emergency response teams.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on healthcare trends, evidence-based practices, and participate in ongoing education and professional development.
  • Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients' rights and ensure their needs and preferences are considered in the delivery of care.
    Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
  • Licensure: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Specify State].
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Additional certifications, such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), may be preferred.
