Staff Nurse

• Knowledge & Skills required.
• Experience with NICU, ER, Ward, General OPD, Gynae OPD, Labour, Operation Theatre.

Patient Care:

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures.
• Assess and prioritize patient needs, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

Clinical Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Document medications administered, changes in patient condition, and any relevant information.

Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and case conferences.

Patient Education:

• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, medications, and required lifestyle modifications.
• Provide guidance on post-discharge care and follow-up.

Medication Management:

• Administer medications following established protocols and guidelines.
• Monitor and manage medication side effects, interactions, and patient responses.

Emergency Response:

• Respond effectively to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and notifying appropriate medical personnel.
• Adhere to emergency protocols and ensure a preparedness for unforeseen situations.

Infection Control:

• Implement and maintain infection control measures to ensure a safe and hygienic healthcare environment.
• Adhere to standard precautions and contribute to maintaining a sterile environment.
