Staff Nurse

Job Responsibilities :
 

• Patient Care: Provide hands-on care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Assessment: Conduct patient assessments, document health information, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.

• Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Infection Control: Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illnesses within the healthcare facility.
• Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with the healthcare team and ensure patients' concerns are addressed.
