<ul><li>Qualification:&nbsp;BSC Nursing/GNM</li><li>Experience:&nbsp;Minimum 2 years</li><li><strong>Job Description:</strong></li><li>Check inventory of all equipment, crash cart and instruments as per the inventory register and inform the head nurse in case of any discrepancies noted.&nbsp;</li><li>Check the communication book for any new instructions during every shift.</li><li>Check patient conditions, Follow up Consultants rounds and instructions.</li><li>&nbsp;Check all the case papers. Arrange the papers in order. Attach new forms as required.</li><li>To follow up on patient investigation results.</li><li>To updating bed occupancy.</li><li>To ensure upkeep of ward registers.</li><li>To maintain records relating to diet indents, general supplies, drug, surgical consumables, ward equipment etc.</li><li>To follow up of routine ward activities.</li><li>Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent.</li><li>Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month.</li></ul>
