<ul><li>Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill children in the PICU.</li><li>Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition of pediatric patients.</li><li>Administer medications, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments accurately.</li><li>Operate and manage pediatric life-support equipment and monitors.</li><li>Assist pediatric intensivists and other healthcare professionals during procedures and emergencies.</li><li>Educate and guide parents about patient care, medications, and follow-up plans.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and care documentation.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols.</li><li>Respond promptly to pediatric emergencies and critical situations.</li></ul>
