<ul><li>Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates in the NICU.</li><li>Monitor and document vital signs, growth parameters, and overall health of newborns.</li><li>Administer medications, IV fluids, and other prescribed treatments accurately.</li><li>Operate and manage incubators, ventilators, and other neonatal equipment.</li><li>Assist neonatologists and other healthcare professionals during procedures and emergencies.</li><li>Educate and guide parents on neonatal care, feeding, and follow-up plans.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of neonatal care, interventions, and progress.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols in the NICU.</li><li>Respond promptly to neonatal emergencies and critical situations.</li></ul>
