Description

Plan, design, and execute stability testing protocols for pharmaceutical products according to regulatory guidelines and company standards.
Perform data analysis and interpretation of stability study results, identifying trends and deviations.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of stability testing procedures, protocols, and results in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, to support stability testing activities and ensure timely completion of projects.
Conduct risk assessments of stability testing processes and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and ensure product quality.
Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements related to stability testing and implement necessary updates to procedures and protocols.
Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections related to stability testing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members on stability testing procedures, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
