Description
- Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer outreach.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective and existing clients to close sales.
- Promote products/services to meet the needs of customers and achieve sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers.
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and trade shows to build market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and address their concerns promptly.
