2. Manage psychiatric emergencies, including suicidal behavior, acute psychosis, and agitation.
3. Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications and therapy plans.
4. Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical staff.
5. Conduct and participate in departmental rounds, case discussions, and clinical audits.
6. Engage in research, academic activities, and continuing medical education (CME).
7. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
