1. Diagnose and manage patients with eye disorders in OPD, wards, and emergency settings.
2. Perform and assist in ophthalmic surgical procedures including cataract, glaucoma, and retinal surgeries.
3. Participate in emergency ophthalmic care, including trauma and acute vision loss cases.
4. Supervise and guide junior residents, interns, and nursing staff.
5. Conduct patient rounds, case assessments, and follow-up care.
6. Interpret diagnostic investigations such as visual fields, OCT, fundus imaging, and refraction tests.
7. Maintain accurate patient records, surgical logs, and treatment documentation.
8. Participate in academic teaching, seminars, and departmental case discussions.
