3. Monitor treatment response, lab investigations, and side effects, reporting to senior doctors.
4. Maintain accurate patient records, chemotherapy charts, and treatment documentation.
5. Assist in planning and executing treatment protocols, including supportive and palliative care.
6. Collaborate with surgical, radiation oncology, pathology, and nursing teams for comprehensive patient care.
7. Stay updated on current oncology guidelines, clinical trials, and evidence-based practices.
8. Participate in academic activities, teaching sessions, and case discussions.
