<ul><li>Assist in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with joint disorders requiring surgical or conservative treatment.</li><li>Support consultants during joint replacement surgeries such as Total Knee Replacement (TKR), Total Hip Replacement (THR), and revision procedures.</li><li>Perform pre-operative assessments, prepare patients for surgery, and manage post-operative recovery protocols.</li><li>Monitor surgical sites, manage dressings, drains, and ensure proper wound healing.</li><li>Conduct daily rounds, document patient progress, and update treatment plans accordingly.</li><li>Assist in managing orthopedic emergencies, trauma cases, and post-operative complications.</li></ul>
