<ul><li>Oversee the management and treatment of all ICU patients during assigned shifts</li><li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the consultant</li><li>Perform critical care procedures including intubation, central line placement, arterial line insertion, and bedside ultrasound</li><li>Manage mechanical ventilation, sedation protocols, inotropes, and hemodynamic monitoring</li><li>Monitor patient progress and modify care plans based on clinical condition and diagnostic reports</li><li>Supervise junior residents, nurses, and paramedical staff in the ICU</li><li>Lead daily ICU rounds and ensure thorough documentation of all clinical decisions and interventions</li><li>Respond immediately to emergencies including cardiac arrest, shock, and respiratory failure</li><li>Coordinate multidisciplinary care with specialists such as pulmonologists, nephrologists, cardiologists, and surgeons</li></ul>
