Job Description

1. Provide comprehensive care to surgical inpatients, including preoperative and postoperative management.
2. Assist in and perform surgical procedures under the supervision of consultants.
3. Conduct daily rounds, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate medical and surgical records.
4. Participate in emergency surgical cases, trauma care, and critical interventions.
5. Prescribe medications, order investigations, and implement treatment plans according to hospital protocols.
6. Assist in minor and major operative procedures, including laparoscopic and open surgeries.
7. Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical students in surgical wards and OT.
