5. Supervise and guide junior residents, interns, and nursing staff.
6. Perform and interpret diagnostic investigations related to surgical cases.
7. Maintain accurate operative notes, patient records, and treatment documentation.
8. Participate in departmental teaching, academic seminars, and clinical case discussions.
