Job Description

  1. Provide comprehensive medical care to OPD & IPD patients.
  2. Diagnose, treat & monitor patients with medical illnesses.
  3. Handle medical emergencies and stabilize critical patients.
  4. Coordinate referrals and consultations with other specialties.
  5. Supervise junior residents, interns & nursing staff.
  6. Maintain accurate clinical documentation & discharge summaries.
  7. Participate in ward rounds, audits & academic activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols & NABH standards.
  9. Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis & treatment plans.
