<ul><li>Conduct clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.</li><li>Monitor patient progress, review treatment plans, and adjust medications as needed.</li><li>Perform routine medical procedures, including IV insertions, lumbar punctures, and other ward-based interventions.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants to ensure optimal patient care and timely clinical decisions.</li><li>Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood investigations, ECG, X-ray, and imaging reports.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.</li><li>Participate in daily rounds, case discussions, and multidisciplinary meetings.</li></ul>
