1. Diagnose and manage patients with ear, nose, throat, and head & neck disorders.
2. Perform and assist in ENT surgical procedures, including minor and major surgeries.
3. Conduct outpatient, inpatient, and emergency ENT care.
4. Supervise and guide junior residents, interns, and nursing staff.
5. Participate in patient rounds, case assessments, and treatment planning.
6. Interpret diagnostic investigations such as audiometry, endoscopy, and imaging studies.
7. Maintain accurate patient records, operative notes, and treatment documentation.
8. Participate in departmental teaching, seminars, and case discussions.
