<ul><li>Provide round-the-clock medical care to critically ill patients in ICU under the guidance of Consultants.</li><li>Assess, stabilize, and monitor patients with life-threatening conditions such as sepsis, trauma, respiratory failure, and multi-organ dysfunction.</li><li>Perform emergency and lifesaving procedures including intubation, airway management, central/arterial line insertion, and ventilator support.</li><li>Monitor diagnostic reports (ABG, ECG, X-rays, lab values) and initiate treatment accordingly.</li><li>Actively participate in daily ICU rounds and update Consultants on patient status.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and treatment records.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination with nursing staff, paramedics, and other specialties for holistic patient care.</li></ul>
