<ul><li>Provide round-the-clock care to critically ill patients in the ICU under the guidance of consultants.</li><li>Manage cases involving sepsis, ARDS, multi-organ dysfunction, shock, and other life-threatening conditions.</li><li>Perform critical procedures including intubation, central line insertion, arterial cannulation, and mechanical ventilation management.</li><li>Monitor patient vitals, lab results, and clinical progress to adjust treatment plans accordingly.</li><li>Respond to Code Blue and emergency calls with timely interventions.</li><li>Coordinate care with intensivists, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.</li></ul>
