<ul><li>Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU under consultant supervision.</li><li>Perform clinical assessments and manage conditions like sepsis, ARDS, multi-organ failure, and shock.</li><li>Handle ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and other life-support systems.</li><li>Perform critical care procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, arterial cannulation, and dialysis catheter placement.</li><li>Monitor patient progress, document clinical notes, and modify treatment plans as needed.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in Code Blue and resuscitation efforts.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other ICU team members.</li><li>Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, ICU safety, and clinical guidelines.</li></ul>
