Description

Analytical Method Development: Assist in the development and validation of analytical methods for the characterization and quantification of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and formulations.
Sample Analysis: Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of samples using various techniques, such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and other analytical instruments.
Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret experimental data, preparing comprehensive reports that summarize findings and support formulation and process development.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all analytical activities adhere to regulatory guidelines, including Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all analytical procedures, experiments, and results in accordance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with formulation scientists, quality control, and regulatory affairs teams to ensure analytical methods meet project requirements and timelines.
Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify issues in analytical methods or processes, troubleshoot problems, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Training and Mentorship: Provide training and support to junior staff and interns in analytical techniques and laboratory practices, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
