Description

Operate tablet compression machines efficiently and effectively to produce high-quality tablets according to production schedules and quality standards.
Monitor compression machine performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize production output and maintain product quality.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on compression machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and calibrating equipment, to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and product quality issues related to tablet compression, implementing corrective actions as needed to minimize production disruptions.
Conduct in-process checks and inspections to ensure tablets meet specifications for weight, hardness, thickness, and other quality parameters.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate production records, batch documentation, and equipment logs.
Follow safety protocols and procedures for operating compression machines, handling raw materials, and ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and others.
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to resolve production issues, implement process improvements, and achieve production goals.
