<ul><li>Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, water, in-process, and finished products as per SOPs.</li><li>Conduct environmental monitoring of cleanrooms, equipment, and personnel.</li><li>Perform microbial limit tests, sterility tests, and endotoxin testing as per pharmacopeial standards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory microbiology requirements.</li><li>Maintain, calibrate, and operate instruments such as autoclaves, incubators, and laminar airflow units.</li><li>Review microbiological data, test reports, and ensure timely documentation.</li><li>Investigate microbial contamination and assist in root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.</li><li>Coordinate with production, QA, and maintenance teams for hygiene and sanitation control.</li></ul>
