<ul><li>Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet defined specifications and standards</li><li>Ensure that all testing and quality control activities are carried out in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory guidelines</li><li>Prepare and review test protocols, reports, and batch records to ensure completeness and accuracy</li><li>Supervise and guide junior QC staff in daily activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and departmental objectives</li><li>Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure that instruments are in good working condition</li><li>Investigate and resolve any deviations or non-conformances related to quality and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented</li></ul>
