<ul><li>Ensure compliance of manufacturing operations with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).</li><li>Conduct in-process, finished product, and release checks in coordination with QC and Production.</li><li>Monitor and handle deviations, CAPA, change controls, and non-conformance reports.</li><li>Participate in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and follow-up on audit observations.</li><li>Support validation, qualification, and calibration activities as per QA requirements.</li><li>Maintain QA documentation, reports, and records in compliance with regulatory standards.</li><li>Ensure proper handling of customer complaints and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Train and guide junior QA staff and production teams on GMP and quality standards.</li></ul>
