Description

Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure that products and services meet company and regulatory standards.
Create and maintain quality management systems (QMS) for the company, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Oversee product lifecycle from development through production, ensuring that quality standards are maintained throughout.
Conduct internal audits and inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system.
Identify any gaps in quality processes, recommend improvements, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Conduct regular inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality requirements.
Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and defects in products or processes, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Develop and implement preventive actions to eliminate potential risks or issues related to quality.
Work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure continuous improvement and reduction in non-conformities.
