- Manage day-to-day production activities as per plan.
- Execute batch manufacturing as per SOPs and GMP.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Handle equipment operation and minor troubleshooting.
- Maintain batch records and production documentation.
- Supervise operators and shift manpower.
- Coordinate with QA, QC and Maintenance departments.
- Ensure safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
