Description

To Prepare quotation for respective territory based on feasibility data received from BPD, CR, BR, COD and sent to respective BD person or sponsor in case of absenteeism of any BD person.
To co-ordination with respective department person who handle feasibility and follow up to get feasibility.
To check necessary information required based on the study design.
To understand and determine internal cost for study and ensure to make correct proposal.
To maintain internal tracker for all proposal to deliver proposal to sponsor on timely manner.
To responsible for Preparing agreements as per internal Sop based on approved proposal.
To prepare Role & Responsibilities matrix for study and sent to respective project manager for review.
To share prepared agreements with BD team and sponsor for review and resolve if any comments received.
To ensure agreements gets fully executed before initiate the study as per Sop.
To ensure update data in CRM software such as RFP, Proposal, Milestone and change of stages (Feasibility, RFP, Strong inquiry, closed won, contracted and closed lost) on regular basis as per instruction given from sales person.
To generate reports as per management requirement.
To share Projection report to sales person for review and resolve any comments received and share final corrected projection report to Senior.
To complete RFI as per the timelines through communicating with different departments to collect written information about the capabilities of various services
To share reviewed and compiled RFI to BD personnel as per timelines
