Description

Microbiological Testing: Perform microbiological tests and analyses on raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples to ensure product safety and quality.
Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality control standards by conducting routine microbiological investigations and tests to meet regulatory and company requirements.
Method Development & Validation: Develop and validate microbiological testing methods, ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting key findings, trends, and any areas requiring corrective action.
Laboratory Management: Oversee the daily operations of the microbiology laboratory, ensuring that equipment is calibrated, materials are stocked, and procedures are followed accurately.
Environmental Monitoring: Conduct regular environmental monitoring of production areas, ensuring they meet hygiene and contamination control standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure that all microbiological testing is conducted in compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Investigate microbiological issues or failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Training & Supervision: Train and supervise junior staff in microbiological testing procedures and safety practices, fostering a culture of accuracy and compliance.
