Description

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Inspect, lubricate, and calibrate machinery and mechanical systems according to maintenance schedules and manufacturer guidelines.
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and mechanical failures using diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals.
Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
Assist with the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery, working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure proper integration and operation.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the facility, including buildings, grounds, and work areas.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment logs.
Document equipment modifications, repairs, and upgrades for future reference and regulatory compliance.
