Formulation Development: Assist in the design and development of new pharmaceutical formulations, including solid, liquid, and semi-solid dosage forms, based on project specifications.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, analytical development, and production, to facilitate smooth project progression and meet timelines.
Literature Review: Conduct literature reviews to stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical formulation and development.
Documentation: Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and documentation of experiments, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior research staff or interns, fostering a collaborative and innovative research environment.
