<ul><li>Plan and execute stability studies for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per ICH guidelines.</li><li>Review and approve stability protocols, data sheets, and analytical reports.</li><li>Perform routine and accelerated stability testing using HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution, and related techniques.</li><li>Supervise stability sample analysis and ensure adherence to SOPs and GLP.</li><li>Investigate OOS/OOT results, perform root cause analysis, and recommend CAPA.</li><li>Maintain and monitor stability chambers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, QC, R&amp;D, and Regulatory teams for stability-related requirements.</li><li>Train and guide junior analysts in stability testing procedures.</li></ul>
