Description
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Critical Care Unit (CCU), including assessment, monitoring, medication administration, and interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and medical orders.
- Monitor patient condition closely, recognizing changes in status and initiating appropriate interventions promptly.
- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff within the CCU, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Nursing Assistants.
