Description
- Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, maintained, and stocked as per established standards.
- Ensure compliance with cleaning protocols, health and safety regulations, and hotel policies.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules for guest rooms, public areas, and staff areas to ensure efficiency.
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, supervisors, and cleaning staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff are trained in cleaning procedures, safety measures, and customer service standards.
- Maintain staff morale and productivity by fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the efficient use of cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies while maintaining inventory levels.
- Order and manage housekeeping supplies and linens, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimizing waste.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper use of housekeeping equipment to ensure longevity and functionality.
