Description

To plan execute the systematic procedure for Utility like boilers, other utilities, electrical, Instrumentation, PWS. HVAC & Plant Maintenance and Breakdown activities.
Review manpower requirement to carry out assigned activity effectively.
Plan Break down, PM, and shut down activities related to function of plant and utility.
Utility, PWS, Electrical , Instrumentation, HVAC & maintenance premises & document always ready for regulatory & customer audit.
Co-ordinate in preparation of qualification document for the equipment's & SOP for it.
Co-ordinate with QA & user department and prepare of qualification document for the equipment's & SOP, compliance report with in time & close the issues.
Review of PM checklist & history cards of each equipment's.
Execution of planned preventive maintenance of the production units, Calibrations with team of operators, supervisors working in three shifts. Qualification of machine, periodic maintenance co-ordination. Continuous improvement in productivity and maximum asset utilization, cGMP compliance in the utilities supply, maintenance and process machine area on 24x7 basis
Imparting training, develop down the line skilled workforce and improve people and equipment efficiency. Develop, Improve and implement SOPs, Protocols for validations, and other record formats relevant to repair and maintenance functions.
Use statistical tools to improve productivity and efficiency of plant. Real time monitoring of critical costs like power and fuel and arrest any wastage. Lead team in GMP documentation like deviations, Change control, Incident and get involved in investigations.
Good Engineering Practices. GMP guideline of US/EU and India, in reference to engineering functions.
Have skill set to manage plant equipment's with productive output, minimize breakdown, statistical evaluation of plant performance and continuous improvement of productivity. Optimum utilization of budgetary resources.
