Job Description
- Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations as per product requirements.
- Conduct laboratory trials, scale-up, and technology transfer to production.
- Prepare and review F&D documents, protocols, and development reports.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and Production teams during development activities.
- Perform stability studies and evaluate formulation performance.
- Troubleshoot formulation issues and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and safety guidelines.
- Support validation, process optimization, and product lifecycle management.
