<ul><li>Lead and motivate floor staff, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and support as needed.</li><li>Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive customer experience.</li><li>Oversee day-to-day operations on the floor, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.</li><li>Recruit, train, and supervise floor staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and performance standards are met.</li><li>Address any issues or challenges that arise on the floor, such as customer complaints, staffing shortages, or equipment malfunctions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, as well as adherence to health and safety protocols.</li><li>Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets.</li><li>Maintain open and effective communication with staff, management, and other departments to ensure coordinated efforts and seamless operations.</li></ul>
