<ul><li>Perform and review analytical tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, etc.</li><li>Review and approve test reports, logbooks, and batch records to ensure data integrity and compliance.</li><li>Lead OOS (Out-of-Specification), deviation, and lab incident investigations; initiate and monitor CAPAs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and company quality standards in all QC operations.</li><li>Support method validation, method transfer, and stability studies as per regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Train and mentor QC analysts and technicians, and ensure adherence to SOPs and testing protocols.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, Production, Warehouse) for timely product release and issue resolution.</li></ul>
