Description

Develop, implement, and manage quality control processes to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular reviews and updates to quality control procedures based on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Oversee and perform inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, inspection results, and corrective actions taken.
Generate and review quality documentation, including certificates of analysis.
Work closely with production, R&D, and other relevant departments to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
Provide guidance on quality requirements in the development of new products.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials and components.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments as needed.
Plan and conduct internal quality audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate external audits from regulatory authorities or customers.
