<ul><li>Lead and manage quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements</li><li>Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other relevant industry standards</li><li>Develop, implement, and review quality assurance procedures, policies, and work instructions</li><li>Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&amp;D, and regulatory affairs, to ensure quality compliance throughout the product lifecycle</li><li>Review and approve batch records, test results, and product specifications to ensure they meet established quality criteria</li><li>Investigate and resolve any quality issues or deviations in manufacturing processes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)</li></ul>
