<ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product quality meets standards.</li><li>Conduct regular audits and inspections of products, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.</li><li>Perform testing, including but not limited to visual inspections, performance checks, and system audits, to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues and ensure consistent product quality.</li><li>Review and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and work instructions.</li><li>Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, industry best practices, and company policies.</li><li>Lead the root cause analysis of defects or deviations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular quality reports, highlighting key metrics, findings, and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Provide training and support to staff on quality standards, procedures, and the use of quality control tools.</li></ul>
