<ol><li data-list="bullet">Oversee daily granulation operations to ensure smooth production and batch compliance.</li><li data-list="bullet">Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for efficient workflow.</li><li data-list="bullet">Monitor granulation parameters and ensure adherence to SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines.</li><li data-list="bullet">Review and approve batch manufacturing records (BMR) and related documentation.</li><li data-list="bullet">Coordinate with QA, QC, and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.</li><li data-list="bullet">Ensure proper cleaning, calibration, and validation of granulation equipment.</li><li data-list="bullet">Identify process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li><li data-list="bullet">Train and supervise operators and technicians on granulation processes and safety protocols.</li></ol>
